We believe that our services are not for everyone. We don't want you to waste a lot of time and money finding this out with a hefty consultation fee. We offer a new client 1 hour marketing consultation, free. Heck, I'll even buy you coffee. If you have a specific project in mind, we'll discuss it in depth. If you don't have a clue, we'll feel around to see if working together would benefit you. No pressure. We don't believe in pressure. What have you got to lose? Everyone needs ideas.
We believe in clear pricing. When you get a quote from Creative Chameleon, you are really getting a price cap. We guarantee that the planned portion of your project will not go over the quote. If it does indeed take us longer than we expected, you will only be billed for the quoted figure. This of course does not apply to additions made after the initial project is laid out. Additions will be viewed and quoted separately.
We believe in constant communication. Each vital stage of your project is presented for approval or changes. By doing things this way, we all stay on the same page, which saves you time and money. And, you don't end up with something miles away from your original vision.
We also believe in keeping happy customers. Happy customers come back for more and tell others about the good work we do. A project is worked on until you are happy with the results. Even if this means we end up donating some of our time to make the quote.
